Keeping it real

downs

:: way too much time in front of the computer. i sit to look up something and then i fall down the rabbit hole.

:: falling asleep on friday and waking on the next friday morning. where did that week go?

:: a fall , a bitten lip and lots of tears.

:: looking at the mirror, not liking the reflection and not doing much about losing the weight.

ups

:: enjoying an unusually warm weather and starting the water games season.

:: i find instagram so liberating. i feel free to concentrate on emotions and composition and quit worrying about exposure and white balance. loving it!!

:: making room in my blog reading for some fantastic new blogs.

:: picking up my needles and knitting.

:: going beyond my preconceived ideas and reading 11/22/63 by Stephen King.

:: new home for my favorite IG shots and quotes. a home away from home.

    1. @Sue. Thank you. I am in love with IG right now. I feel free to explore ideas especially that i always have my phone with me. Sometimes the camera is just too big ;o)

  1. Did you like the King book? He is not someone I read, but I have heard good things about this book.As far as mirror reflections go, love yourself, you are beautiful..that is all I’m going to say! 🙂

    1. I am really liking it. I’m not a Stephen King fan except his memoirs but this is the exception. I think he writes wonderfully and the plot is gripping. A friend told me about it and i was dubious but he has impeccable taste so i tried.thank you for the love part ;o) you are so right but i am more concerned about health issues. 50 pounds is a lot of extra weight to carry around.

  2. Your comment about instagram has really piqued my interest. My girls are using it more than facebook. Just when I think I’m in the know… I’m trying to catch up again.Dana
