March goals

February was a roller coaster. Peaks of productivity followed by dips into total ineffectiveness. My goals of going to the gym, swimming and running may have caused a dip in energy. I expect my body will adjust soon to it. I managed to swim and go to the gym once a week each and as far as running goes I made it two times per week instead of three. Layla was sick one week so that threw a wrench in my program but I was able to make up for it in the evenings and weekend. Overall a rather positive outcome. 

Now that we are onto March, the fitness goals will stay pretty much the same. I have also added to the mix

  • finishing my website
  • create an inspiration board
  • to go on a hike
  • to frame a bunch of photos.

March I love you already. Just a couple days in and I have already seen more blue sky than the whole past month
